I keep hoping for s...Holy cripes that sounds good! I keep hoping for some major independent film movement to bring back silent films and investigate their possibilities. I'm tired of "indie" filmmakers spewing out mumblecore adaptations of themselves and their friends being confused about love. Why not just bust out with the black and white cinematography, screwing with sound, and some real formalist mayhem?
