I think you were right on the money about Chicken Little, but I think you're a little too harsh here. Of course, if you don't like the frantic, sugar-rush pace of the second-act (and it is a frantic, sugar-rush pace), I can't fault you for that, but it struck me as being much more sincere than Chicken Little.
